Tickets & Registration
Tickets may be purchased online or by contacting Oak Hill School. We kindly ask that you purchase your tickets early.
Once you purchase tickets you will have the opportunity to pre-register your bidder information. We highly recommend registering online and adding a credit card to your account to ensure you can begin bidding when the online auction opens. Pre-registration will also reduce your wait time at check-in. If you wish to bid online but are unable to attend the gala, you may still register to bid.

Ample complimentary parking is available within short walking distance of the building.
Auction
The silent auction will open on the Monday prior to the event. If you are not able to attend the gala, you may still register to bid in the online auction. All bidders will receive a notification when they are outbid by another bidder and will have the opportunity to continue bidding until the silent auction closes. Bidders who are not in attendance will be notified by text or email that they have won and must call Oak Hill School to arrange pick-up of their items by May 24, 2024.
Those who cannot attend the event may bid on live auction items by proxy. Please contact Oak Hill School if you would like to exercise this option.
