Tickets & Registration
Tickets may be purchased online or by contacting Oak Hill School. We kindly ask that you purchase your tickets early.

When you purchase tickets you will have the opportunity to save your credit card on file for auction purchases. We highly recommend this option to ensure you can begin bidding as soon as the online auction opens. Pre-registering a card will also reduce your wait time at check-in. If you wish to bid online but are unable to attend the gala, please see the silent auction section below.

Red and white wine provided by King Estate Winery.

Parking

Parking is available in the garage under the hotel. Enter from 6th Ave. Validation will be provided.

Silent Auction
The silent auction will open at 8 a.m. on April 27, the Monday prior to the event.

• If you purchase tickets or are invited to someone else's table, you are automatically enrolled in online bidding for the silent auction. You will receive a welcome message by email the week prior to April 27 with instructions to bid.
• If you are not able to attend the gala, you may self-register to bid. Visit the online bidding page and click "Get Started" to register. 

All bidders will receive a notification when they are outbid by another bidder and will have the opportunity to continue bidding until the silent auction closes. Bidders who are not in attendance will be notified by text or email that they have won and must call Oak Hill School to arrange pick-up of their items by May 8, 2026.

Live Auction
